School of Foreign Languages

The opening meeting of the School of Foreign Languages for the 2026–2027 Academic Year was held on September 25, 2026, under the chairmanship of Instructor Zeynep UÇKAYA, Director of the School of Foreign Languages, with the participation of instructors from the English Preparatory Program and the Modern Languages Unit, which provides foreign language courses for students in various departments.

During the meeting, preparations for the new academic year, teaching and learning processes, and academic activities planned for the year were discussed. The activities to be carried out within the English Preparatory Program and the Modern Languages Unit were reviewed, and views were exchanged on ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of educational processes.

Furthermore, discussions focused on improving educational quality, supporting students’ language learning processes, and coordinating academic activities throughout the year. The planned initiatives in line with the objectives of the new academic year and the importance of collaboration between the units were also emphasized.

The School of Foreign Languages aims to continue developing students’ foreign language skills and providing a high-quality learning environment throughout the new academic year.
